Our training courses are available to potential clients considering to use GIMA products. The training we provide includes the A-Z of gelato making and retailing. Comprehensive instructions on gelato making and the retailing of the finished gelato are also covered.
Our training centre is at our flagship store Gelato Emporium which is located 1 hour south of Sydney.
